Step 1: Keep the chibi warm. (See figure 1, "blanket", above.) Hot tea (figure 1, "tea") will also help to warm the chibi, as well as to sooth a sore throat.

Step 2: Get the chibi to fall asleep. Sing lullabies if necessary; hot drinks (see figure 1, "tea", above) will help to make the chibi sleepy.

Step 3: Let the chibi sleep off the fever. Be quiet and, if you have to move the chibi, cup it gently in both hands rather than gripping it around the middle or hanging it by the ruff of its shirt. If the chibi starts to wake up while moving it, continue to hold it--the warmth from your hands will keep it drowsy, and it will soon fall asleep again.

Step 4: Continue to hold the chibi until it wakes up again. When it does, it will likely be feeling much better.

WARNING: If the chibi has moved while transporting it, and you are stuck with a sleeping chibi in your hands as a result, DO NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES leave the room or let anyone in. This is not a joke--THE CUTENESS CAN BE FATAL. :dead:

Please heed the above instructions if your chibi gets a fever, and soon you will have an adorable healthy little creature running around your home again. :aww:
