A Dot chibi style interpretation of a scene from a fic idea I'm fiddling around with in which Matt must take Mello's place as Near's top competition for being the future L. The title is referring to the crying Dot Near I drew once titled "Dot Angst", btw.
Matt and Near are from the anime/manga Death Note, and belong to Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata.
