And thus, Artpad #41 has come to a close...in 17 days. That's the quickest one ever, to date. I wasn't trying to do it quickly, either. Oh, well--#42's intro page is coming!

By the way, this is Umehito Nekozawa from the anime Ouran High School Host Club. He and his cursed cat puppet, Beelzenef, are rather distinctive.
