Fedora Near

XD; I'm the first to admit that I'm pretty terrible at drawing hats...Near looks happy to be wearing my strange creation, though, for whatever reason. On impulse I decided to give him a little scarf tie like a boyscout at the last minute, too... Guess this is just my day for dressing the Wammy's boys oddly, ne?

Near is from the anime/manga Death Note, and belongs to Tsugumi Ohba and Takeshi Obata.
